What we expect
FIRLEFANZ is a community-driven festival and relies on shared responsibility. During the festival, you will be asked to join 1–2 shifts (bar, cleaning, kitchen, or similar). These contributions are what keeps everything running smoothly.
It would also be greatly appreciated if you stay around until the end, to help with the build-down. Wrapping things up together is very much the spirit of FIRLEFANZ.
Optional Contribution
Creating a pleasant FIRLEFANZ involves many different tasks, and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved beyond your shifts. This could mean helping with decoration or infrastructure build-up, playing a DJ set, doing a live performance, becoming the head chef of your kitchen shift, organizing a workshop, or contributing in any other creative way you can imagine.
All of this is completely voluntary and in addition to your shifts.
