Is this a private event?

Yes, FIRLEFANZ is private event and donation based. It’s a community of friends and friends of friends.

How does the shift system work?

FIRLEFANZ is a co-creation event, which means everyone contributes to create a unique experience of connection, community and coziness. You will be asked to join 1-2 shifts during the event from bar, cleaning, kitchen and more. We will share more details once you are in the group and the date of FIRLEFANZ comes closer.

When can I join the telegram group? How do I know that I am registered?

Once we receive your donation, you will get an automated confirmation e-mail with a link to join the telegram group (check your spam folder). We will regularly check the bank account, but cannot ensure a daily update. This means it might take a couple of days until you receive a confirmation. If you haven’t heard from us within more than 5 days, please contact someone from the organization team or the person, that invited you.

What are you doing with my donation?

We use your donation to pay for location rent, logistics, food, drinks and surprises. You don’t have to think about money during FIRLEFANZ at all. We plan to end with net zero. If something is left over, we donate 50% and reinvest the other half in upcoming FIRLEFANZ.

Can I join saturday night or sunday only?

We want to build a lasting community where everyone contributes, therefore we don’t offer the option of day passes and highly ecourage you to arrive as early as possible an leave as late as you possibly can. If you can’t afford the recommended donation amount, please get in contact: no one should be excluded from FIRLEFANZ for lack of financial resources.
